To shop online, choose a department to browse in or search by keyword for products. Click on the order button to add individual items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart or check out anytime you like. You can even save your cart as a wish list for future shopping! Click here to view our shipping and handling fees and sales tax information.
If you want your billing and shipping info to be saved for future purchases you can Create an Account the first time you make a purchase. If you create an account, you will just need to remember your login id and password to access your account for future purchases as your shipping and billing address information will be saved along with info about past orders. If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in page. When you visit the store to make future purchases, go to the Create and Manage Account page and log in with your password and id to use your saved shipping and billing address information in the check out. You must create a unique id for this store. (Note: your credit card information is not saved and must be entered each time you make a purchase.)
Each time you select an item and place it in your cart, the default is to display the full cart. However, for quick and easy shopping, you can change your cart options to not display the full shopping cart each time you add an item (which means you can browse through a dept and choose multiple items from that dept without leaving that page). In the view cart page, just toggle the Cart Option setting to your preferred shopping method and click on the update cart.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, We will also gladly process your order by phone or fax with a credit card or mail with a money order or check! When you complete your order in the store, just choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment. We are pleased to offer a 60 Day Lay- A - Way Plan on orders of $75.00 or more (excluding Block of the Months)
- 1/3 of purchase price paid at time of order.
- 1/3 of purchase price due in 30 days
- Final 1/3 of purchase price due at the end of 60 days from time of purchase.

Once an order is placed on Lay-A-Way, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
All deposits are non-refundable, non-returnable
Your Lay-A-Way program will be cancelled and merchandise returned to stock for any unpaid payments.
Customer must have valid credit card, e-mail address and phone number with initial order.
There are no fees, set up charges or interest on your Lay-A-Way. Just our way of serving our wonderful customers.
When placing your order, use the comments section at the end to specify that you would like to use our Lay-A-Way plan for items purchased.

Orders placed from within the state of Georgia will have 7% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Packages shipped to U.S. addresses and valued more than $50.00 are insured automatically. Global Priority packages can not be insured. To insure an overseas package it must be sent surface or Air Mail. Packages shipped Priority mail have delivery confirmation.
International Shipping and Handling Fees
We are not responsible for the receipt of international shipping. We will be happy to track lost packages and give you customs numbers. We send our international packages via the least expensive method but if a customer wants tracking or insurance they need to request it from us and will be billed at the applicable rate. If tracking or insurance is purchased and the package is not received we will assist in the tracking request but we will not responsible for receipt of the package.
Suzanne's Quilt Shop is concerned about your privacy. Suzanne's does not sell their names to anyone, and promises to only send you our informative newsletter about web site updates and new items.
Suzanne’s Quilt Shop is committed to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected twice before shipping. In the case of damaged goods or packing error please contact Suzanne’s Quilt Shop 1-888-798-0934. Arrangements will be worked out to return the merchandise, send you the missing item or correct your billing.
All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL. No returns are accepted. Club memberships are non-refundable.
Changed your mind and don't want merchandise? Return item within 30 days. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) can not be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.
Maybe you'd like to send a "hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone. Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for future shopping! Our wish list is easy to use! Here's how:
- 1. Select the items you want into your shopping cart
- 2. Select Save Cart "Wish List"
- 3. Enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you want to send your "hint" to, along with a message.
- 4. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number that will then be e-mailed to both of you.
- 5. You (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking on "check out."
- 6. Insert the wish list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear like magic.
