Suzanne's Quilt Shop would like to thank all the quilters, sewers and crafters who showed up Saturday to "Make a Pillowcase, Make a Difference". We made a bunch of pillowcases, and we're still collecting them! For a more detailed account with pictures, go to our Blog, Suzy Sayz. If you missed the party and want to donate pillowcases, you can bring them by the shop or take them to a local charity yourself. |

A pillowcase can provide comfort for a cancer patient, hope for a foster child, encouragement for a battered woman, or beauty for a nursing home resident. |
American Patchwork and Quilting magazine has issued a challenge for 2010. They want us to join them to Make a Pillowcase, Make a Difference. Lecture/demo with hands on. $50.00 includes supplies. Limit 3 students per class. |

Block of the Month
Starts June 15
Join us for this year-long series making 4" miniature quilt blocks. Each month you will receive a pattern and fabric for 8 blocks. Also included will be directions and fabric for the setting blocks, border and binding. Finished quilt measures 62" x 70". Fabric will be 1930's. Sign up fee is $25.00 plus $14.95 each month.
