Simply Squares Christmas
Quilt finishes 60" x 81". Fabric pack includes 21 strips 5 1/2 inches wide of Christmas fabrics, many from Hoffman with gold metallic. Do not prewash this fabric. Just start cutting into squares. Sew in rows and then do the two slices of the quilt top to make the squares go on point. Need to purchase borders and binding separately. Suzanne's Tip of the Week - Holiday Sewing

Now is the time to plan your holiday sewing. There are five months left till Christmas. This is the time of year to get the best selection of Christmas fabrics. Our manufacturers usually don't reprint Christmas fabric collections. Make your selection early.
Remember that Christmas quilt you always wanted? Start is now and you could have it ready before Thanksgiving. Like to freshen up your Christmas tree? How about a quilted Christmas tree skirt? What do you make for your grandma who does not put up a tree anymore? Older folks always like some kind of Christmas decoration that is easy to put up, take down and store away. How about a small wall hanging or a table runner? Younger family members like advent calendars, Christmas stockings and holiday pillowcases.
We hope this issue of SuzNews has given you some ideas to think about and a view of our super Christmas department.
